St Helier Day of Action
(Saturday, February 1, 2014)

Meeting type:Campaigning session
Date:Saturday, February 1, 2014
Time:10.00am - 4.00pm
Description:

Liberal Democrats in government have already delivered £700 tax cut for 24.5 million working people in Britain. Now we want to go even further – but we need your help!

Join us for a National Day of Action and help us campaign to protect British jobs, by keeping Britain within EU, and deliver a further £100 income tax that will help thousands of residents in Carshalton and Wallington.

Come along and join Tom, local councillors and many activists to help out with the action day in St Helier! Our office will be a buzz of activity from 10am - 4pm, and you can pop along at any point between these times. Whether you want to help us by entering data, canvassing or delivering leaflets, simply turn up to the constituency office at 5 Nightingale Road, Carshalton. Free home-cooked lunch will be provided!

At our action day last month, we collected over 900 signatures and delivered almost 2000 posters for the local campaigns to Save St. Helier. Help us make the next action day a success!
