A welcome for new members and experienced campaigners with policy debate and sessions on starting your campaign and being involved in the party.

After the results of the general election it is necessary to consider how we can campaign effectively without the resources which were provided by the local MPs' office. With this in mind Stockport Borough Lib Dems is organising a 2 hour event on Saturday the 13th of June to bring new and existing members together. By the end of the afternoon we hope that you will more confident in getting the Lib Dem voice heard in your area using the resources which we now have available.

What to expect:

Discussion of Lib Dem policy Establishing a community campaign Meeting your community and voters Having a digital Lib Dem presence Winning an election and being a candidate What the Lib Dem party has to offer (being involved at a regional or national level)

Lib Dem supporters which live outside of the Stockport borough are very welcome to attend; it should be an excellent opportunity to meet other party members.
