'Building a Liberal Europe' (John Harper Publishing) is the new book by Graham Watson MEP. It charts the rapid growth of the liberal centre in Europe, providing Graham's personal and previously unheard insights from his ALDE leadership (2002-2009) and 16 years as an MEP.

The book will be launched by former European Parliament President Lord (Henry) Plumb at the European Parliament Offices in London (30 Smith Square, SW1) on Monday 25 October at 18:30.
