Baroness Williams will deliver the third annual Tim Garden Memorial lecture on 'the 2010 general election and its implications'.
She will explore how the new British government will confront the major financial and political challenges it now faces, and discuss the impact of political change on Britain's international relations including the EU, the United States, and China.
