Not many people know but Lord Livsey was born in Troedyrhiw, where we're holding the dinner.

It plans to be a fun and informal event and open to anyone, you done't have to be a party member.

In 1985, Richard won the Brecon and Radnorshire by-election, subsequently becoming the Liberal Democrat spokesman on Wales, and held the position of Leader of the Party in Wales from 1988 to 1992.
