At our annual constituency dinner we will be joined by Lord Carlile, a life peer since 1999, he was previously MP for Montgomery and Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats.
In 2001 Lord Carlile was appointed Independent Reviewer of terrorism legislation and is President of the Howard League for Penal Reform. Lord Carlile is also Lib Dem spokesman for Mental Health and Disability.
Tickets are £12.50 per person for a 2 course meal.
