The Shadow Secretary of State for State for Scotland and Northern Ireland is coming to the University of Aberdeen!
He is going to talk about the issues of Northen Ireland. Can the actions of the IRA be seen as 'Aggressive Diplomacy' and steps that could be taken to address the matter.
