Chinese LDs and EMLD celebrate the lunar new year at the 'Top of the Town' Restaurant, with Lynne Featherstone MP chairing lively debate by Liberal Youth members on the motion: Year of the Ox will be a year of stability? 12 course meal with wine at £30 (£15 students).
