People and Planet (http://peopleandplanet.org/november4) organising this 'Rio-style' carnival march to Trafalgar Square.
The Liberal Democrat Youth and Students are organising Liberal Democrat presence at this event. They will be providing placards, banners and leaflets to distribute to marchers.
The LDYS rally point is by the main entrance of the School of Oriensal and African Studies (SOAS) which is in Thornhaugh Street, off Russell Square.
Meeting time: 11-11.30am. The march then proceeds to Trafalgar Square for the 2pm rally.
Note: there is also a Campaign Against Climate Change March, which starts from Grosvenor Square (http://www.flocktogether.org.uk/showMeetingPage.php?Meeting=1289).
