Stephen has served as MP for Bristol West since 2005 and is chairman of the Liberal Democrat backbench committee for Treasury matters. He will speak to us about the recent budget and Lib Dem finance policy, our successes in government such as the 10K tax free allowance, and lead a discussion on our future policies in this important area.
