This our opportunity to have a relaxed Christmas celebration and to list some thoughts on what we would like to see in the Lib Dem manifesto for the Northamptonshire County Council elections next year. The manifesto is beginning its journey now so the sooner we register our thoughts for consideration the better.   That does not mean that we don't talk about other things so if you have a burning passion to discuss the current turmoil all over the Middle East for example, Do come along.
