Gary ho lds degrees from the School of Oriental &\; African Studies at London U niversity and Cranfield School of Management. He has spent time living bot h in West Berlin and Luxembourg. He has worked in the City and overseas f or a number of investment banks and currently runs his own business advisi ng financial institutions\, public and not-for-profit bodies around the wo rld on financial risk issues.
