There are actually 2 vacancies to be filled in a Town Council run by the Liberal Democrats since 2011. One resignation was from the last elected Councillor from the ward who stood as an Independent in 2016 and the other is from the new Tory County Councillor for Scotter Rural who stood in May 2015 with no description.
