 3th Feb cannot now take place. The key Westminster debate and vote on ID c
 ards has been called for that day\, and there is a 3-line whip on our MPs\
 , including\, of course\, the leadership contenders. This was only notifie
 d to us at the weekend. It has taken a good deal of negotiation with Londo
 n to produce an alternative.
