 our money on the night\, but we have to submit a list of names\, plus menu
  choices\, over&nbsp\;a week in advance\, so we need these&nbsp\;by Monday
  5th Jan.&nbsp\;at the latest. Menu: Meal 1. Chicken &amp\; Chips in a bas
 ket. 2. Sausage &amp\; chips in a basket. 3. Scampi &amp\; chips in a bask
