 pproved?   &nbsp\;  Bill Rammell MP (in his capacity as former vice chair 
 of the European Movement) will be leading the discussion. The meeting is o
 rganised by the Essex branch of the European Movement\, a group that campa
 igns for Britain taking a strong role in the European Union.  &nbsp\;  Ref
 lecting the cross-party nature of the organisation\, Chelmsford Liberal De
 mocrat parliamentary candidate Stephen Robinson and a local Conservative w
 ill also be taking part in the discussions.  &nbsp\;  Said Branch Chair Da

 t the EU will come along to our meeting. With the European elections comin
