DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;This year&rsquo\;s County Conference will be held as usu
 al at Breckland Hall on Saturday&nbsp\; 1st November 2008.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&n
 bsp\; This year the main purpose of the Conference will be to agree after 
 debate a Manifesto for the County.&nbsp\; As such the first part of the Co
 nference will be led by our Norfolk Couty Council Group who will outline p
 roposals on which to base our Manifesto for elections in 2009.&nbsp\; Plea
 se note that despite possible changes to a Unitary structure for the Count
 y\,&nbsp\; the elections for next year have not been cancelled and nothing
  has yet been agreed on a&nbsp\; change to Unitary Authorities\, so we hav
 e to proceed wth the &lsquo\;status quo&rsquo\; .There will still be plent
 y of time set aside for policy motions but please remember that they must 
 be relevant to Norfolk and that to submit a motion you must be a registere
 d delegate to the Conference.&nbsp\; Motions should be submitted to&nbsp\;

  in Norfolk.&nbsp\; Registrations should be forwarded to me preferably by

 8th October 2008 or at the door when the charge will be &pound\;6-00..&nbs
 p\; Cheques should be made payable to Norfolk Liberal Democrats.&nbsp\; As
  usual John Denby will provide us with a sumptuous lunch at a cost of &pou
 nd\;7-00 per head.&nbsp\; All day tea and coffee will be available at &pou
 nd\;1-00 per head. Payment for lunch and tea/coffee should be made out to
